SEGUINDO INSTRUÇÕES - MODO IMPERATIVO DO VERBO
Para conseguirmos tirar boas fotos devemos seguir alguns comandos. Por exemplo: get close (chegue perto,
aproxime-se); hold it steady (segure-o firme); look for light (procure a luz); keep the lens clean (mantenha as
lentes limpas).
Esses comandos foram expressos por verbos no modo imperativo. Como você pode perceber, o modo imperativo
em inglês tem a mesma função do imperativo em português, isto é, ele é empregado para expressar ordens,
comandos, instruções, e apresentar sugestões ou dicas.
A forma do verbo no imperativo afirmativo em inglês é muito fácil de identificar, pois é igual à forma do infinitivo
do verbo sem a partícula “to”. Quanto ao imperativo negativo, usamos “do not” ou “don't” antes do verbo.
Escolha uma das formas verbais no modo imperativo para que as frases a seguir façam sentido:
