APELO AO JUIZ GEORGE GREER, DA SUPREMA CORTE DOS EE.UU.
MASAYUKI OKUMURA, pioneiro em transplante de intestino em 1968, solicita ao Juiz
da Suprema Corte dos EE.UU, para permitir a recolocação da sonda gástrica na paciente
TERRI SCHIAVO.
Baseado nos seguintes argumentos:
1) a paciente está vivendo espontaneamente, com os reflexos presentes (segundo
imagem transmitida pela televisão) e sem sofrimento;
2) o estudo dos genomas já é uma realidade e ultimamente tem estado em evidência
pelos estudos de transfusões das Células Tronco ou Stem Cells, Clonagem
Terapêutica e estamos vivendo na era da nanotecnologia;
3) nos Estados Unidos já existe Empresa que conserva cadáveres em criogenia !!!
4) PRINCIPALMENTE baseado na Literatura Médica, do colega Médico que teve um
filho que adquiriu a RAIVA, doença até então considerada INCURAVEL. No seu
desespero, acompanhando o sofrimento atroz da criança, resolveu sacrificá-lo, mas
no dia seguinte tomou conhecimento de que haviam produzido uma VACINA
ANTI-RÁBICA!!!
5) Nós, que somos considerados os pioneiros em transplantes de órgãos humanos,
ainda não totalmente satisfeitos com os resultados de quase uma centena de
milhares de pacientes que se beneficiaram com o tratamento, estamos procurando
modalidade alternativa, estudando Células Tronco ou Stem Cells, para minorar o
sofrimento desses portadores de doenças irreversíveis, condenados ‘a curta
sobrevivência e talvez o único que NUNCA MAIS indicou o transplante de órgãos,
porque CONSIDERA A MORTE SÓMENTE COM A PARADA CARDÍACA
IRREVERSIVEL;
6) Como defendeu no dia 20 de Fevereiro com o POSTER No 59 no ANNUAL
MEETING 2005 do AAAS realizado em Washington DC, da existência de uma
PRIMITIVE AMORPHOUS MASS, autorizar utilizar as CÉLULAS TRONCO ou
STEM CELLS da paciente como a ´´ULTIMA TENTATIVA DE TRATAMENTO,
injetando soro fisiológico na medula óssea ou fazer o cateterismo da veia supra
hepática para colher o material e injetar na artéria carótida esquerda;
7) Apelamos para o Meretíssimo Juiz GEORGE GREER, de Pinellas Park, Flórida,
EE.UU para que TERRI SCHIAVO tenha a oportunidade de experimentar uma
milagrosa medicação, que estamos procurando encontrar com a maior brevidade
possível, como ocorreu com a RAIVA, para reverter o estado clínico atual.
NOTA:- Solicitamos a colaboração da Mídia para que esse APELO alcance o objetivo
almejado, com a maior brevidade, vertendo para a língua inglesa e fazendo a divulgação
principalmente para O MÉDICO da FAMILIA SCHINDLER e ao JUIZ.

APPEAL TO THE HIGH COURT JUDGE GEORGE GREER OF THE USA
Masayuki Okumura, pioneer in Small /Bowel Transplantation in 1968, requests the
High Court Judge of the U.S, to put the gastric sound back into the patient Terri
Schiavo.
Based on the following grounds:
1)- The patient was living a spontaneous life, noticeable reflexes present ( as one can
see from the images shown on TV ) and she did not seem to be suffering;
2)- The studies on Genome is already a reality and lately it has been appearing together
with the research on stem cells or trunck cells transfusion and the therapeutic cloning.
We are living in the age of nano-technology;
3)- In the U.S. there are companies which preserve dead bodies by means of freezing
them (Cryogeny);
4)- I have learnt from medical publications about a doctor whose son had acquired
rabies and that disease was considered incurable. The doctor watched his son suffer
greatly and, as a desperate act, he put an end to his own son´s life.
Nevertheless, the news reported a new anti-rabies vaccine the following day.
5)- We are considered the pioneers in human organ transplantations and are still not
satisfied with the results from hundreds of thousands of patients who have benefited
from the treatment. We are on the look-out for alternative means by studying the trunck
or stem cells to relieve the suffering of the patients infected with irreversible diseases or
damage, condemned to a shorter life span and perhaps we are the only doctors who will
never recommend organ transplantations because a patient is pronounced dead when
their heart has stopped beating and cannot be resuscitated.
6)-.As defended, on 20th Feb with the poster 59 at the Annual Meeting 2005 of AAAS
(American Association for the Advancement of Science) held in Washington DC, we
admitted the existence of the “Primitive Amorphous Mass”, we wish to be granted the
permission to use stem cells in treatments;
7)- We appeal to the High Court Judge George Greer to give Terri Schiavo a chance to
try a miraculous medication which we are searching for and we hope to find it as soon
as possible so that it can be cured, as it happened to the rabies disease.
