5 Breakfast Recipes
Recipes that your cells recognize!
The following recipes are from my book
Prep your overnight oats a few days at a time,
Simply put 3 or 4 days serving in a container with water. Leave in the refrigerator overnight, start
using the next morning!
** You can make any of these recipes with no oats, or no protein powder. If you want to choose
one or the other; choose protein. Remember we do not need grain to repair our cells! But steel
cut oats is an acceptable grain in small amounts. Our cells recognize it.
The breakfast cereals you create are also a great way to ween yourself away from sugar. The
natural sugar in the berries will satisfy you and in only a few days you will have kicked the
garbage sugar habit. So, yes, you can eat these at other times of the day.
Breakfast Recipes
1. Chocolate Blueberry Delight!
Steel cut oats (1/4 to 1/2 cup) *overnight oats
1 Scoop Scho Fit Nutrition Protein Chocolate (Vegan or Whey)
1/2 cup blueberries (or mixed berries, fresh or frozen. If Frozen; warm up with your overnight
oats!)
Tbsp Chia Seeds
Tbsp Hemp Hearts
Tbsp Flax Seeds
Non dairy unsweetened milk to your liking.
** You can make these recipes without the oats, or without the protein powder. Use a scoop of
cacao powder.
2. Vanilla Pumpkin Breakfast Yum
Steel cut oats (1/4 to 1/2 cup) *overnight oats
1 Scoop Scho Fit Nutrition Protein Vanilla (Vegan or Whey)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
Dash of Cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries (or mixed berries, fresh or frozen. If Frozen; warm up with your overnight
oats!)
Tbsp Chia Seeds
Tbsp Hemp Hearts
Tbsp Flax Seeds
Non dairy unsweetened milk to your liking.
3. Chocolate Banana Breakfast
Steel cut oats (1/4 to 1/2 cup) *overnight oats

1 cut up banana
1/2 cup blueberries (or mixed berries, fresh or frozen. If Frozen; warm up with your overnight
oats!)

Steel cut oats (1/4 to 1/2 cup) *overnight oats
