problem on transfer task

Hi, guys.
I have the following problem:
1) Task X available to user A
2) User A works in task X, than user A is owner of task A;
3) In Java Server Faces APP, have implementation of transfer task to another user by user
coordinator. Coordinator transfer the task X to user B;
4) On BPC Explorer, user B works in task A and click button “Finish”.
5) The task is finished and BPC show the error message:

Can anyone help to solve this problem or guidelines me?
