Acima temos a lista dos verbos irregulares mais usados. Apesar de a escrita ser a mesma, o passado do verbo “to read” possui uma pronúncia diferente. Enquanto no presente lê-se /riid/, no passado lê-se /réad/. Uma boa maneira para se memorizar a forma do passado e do particípio de cada verbo é tentar realizar o maior número de exercícios possíveis, consultando a lista acima. 2
